The Studentenwerk Aachen employs 227 people (10% fewer than in 1998). Many of the employees work for us / have worked for us for several years. The average employment period is14 years. In 2003, to increase the flexibility at work, we introduced various flexi-time schemes, which were, after successful testing, adopted by all departments.
